Last time I saw Poles so excited as in this video was when first LOT - Polish Airlines, Dreamliner arrived to Poland.

To be honest I can't wait riding this beauty from Gdańsk to Kraków.

^^ I guess we will have to wait a bit longer before it would be able to ride Pendolinos to Baltic States, so far priority is to connect Poland with high speed rails with the biggest Polish agglomerations, Germany and then with southern Europe via Czech Republic.

What about "Rail Baltica" plans in Poland?

You need appropriate infrastructure to use Pendolinos, for the nearest future it will be available between Gdańsk, via Warsaw, Katowice to Kraków. Route between Warsaw and Kraków is already suited for high speed while route between Gdynia/Gdańsk is under reconstruction and will be ready till the end of 2014.
