Right Bank Development Fund, managed by Lords LB Asset Management, and the Lithuanian Union of Architects have chosen Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners (RSHP), an international architectural practice based in London, to design a new seven-storey office block in Vilnius, Lithuania.
The new 19,200sq m business centre will sit on a former car park site in Konstitucijos Avenue at the heart of the CBD, between the old and new parts of the Lithuanian capital.
RSHP’s design focuses on the wellbeing of the people working at the centre, public spaces and sustainability. The building will aim to be BREEAM Outstanding certified.
