Thanks for linking the latest construction photo for that project, Aukselis.

It is quite possible that ch1le took it: he was photographer for Tallinn at some point, and perhaps he still is. There have been lots of changes at Emporis I understand.

I think these will definitely be the most visually-appealing highrises in Tallinn so far. Simplistic but pretty and effective design.

But its a bit dated now heres the latest ones! AH! and dont mind the what appears to be skyblue facade (istanbul style ).. thats just the protective plastic on the facade which will be removed, the plastis is on all other glass walls... when they remove those (imminent) it will look much more spectacular!
Anyhow Tornimäe apartments is Topped at 32 floors

as you can see they dwarf Union banK

True, the towers dwarf the Union Bank building, but it will always stand out as a top quality building for its outstanding visual interest.
