Lietuvių kalba ChatGPT dažnai privelia faktinių klaidų, kurios labai panašios į klaidas cituojamame straipsnyje. The background to this is the complaint of a woman who had contacted the ombudsman's office of the State Office for Equal Treatment - against discrimination because, like men, she was not allowed to swim "topless" in a swimming pool in Berlin, although the house and bathing regulations of the bathing establishments do not gender-specific stipulations and only prescribes the wearing of "commercial swimwear". After the discrimination complaint has been dealt with again, topless swimming should also be possible for female people or for people with a breast read as a woman.
The head of the ombudsman's office of the State Office for Equal Treatment - against Discrimination, Dr. Doris Liebscher :
"The ombudsman very much welcomes the decision of the bathing establishments because it creates equal rights for all Berliners, whether male, female or non-binary and because it also creates legal certainty for the staff in the bathing establishments. Now it is a matter of the regulation being applied consistently and no more evictions or house bans being issued. The decision shows once again how successful the establishment of the independent LADS ombudsman is: It supports citizens and administration in settling complaints of discrimination quickly, free of charge and out of court.”
Background: In autumn 2020, an ombudsman was set up at the Senate Department for Justice, Diversity and Anti-Discrimination to support people with information and advice in enforcing their rights under the Berlin State Anti-Discrimination Act.Komentuoti:
