New railway station with shopping center will be built to 2012. Construction starts early 2011. Total cost 160 mio. EUR:

TriGranit and Polish Public Railways signed agreement for the development of Poznan new transportation complex. It will consist of a railway, a fast train, and a bus station with a park & drive facility for some 1500 cars. The beginning of the construction of the 160 million Euro investment is scheduled for early next year. The first phase of the hub with a large retail center is to be opened in 2012.

The new transport hub and shopping center will be built on a 93,000 sqm plot, the total GLA for the two phases is about 60,000 sqm. At street level the bus terminal with at least 12 bus stations will be located. The Terminal will be connected with level +1 and +2 of the Shopping Center and with the new railway station, which main level will be on level +1 where the passengers services will be built. On the ground floor will be the terminal management offices and the bus ticket offices. The hub will be connected to the new city roads and will be available by car from ground and 1st floor, from Dworcowy Bridge (Railway Bridge). The new city road connection will be designed accordingly with communications needs and standards of Poznań City Road Company.

The new hub, the accompanying shopping center, office buildings, parking and hotel

will be built on a plot of the total area of 9 hectares.
A new railway station (7 thousand. M2), which provides a functional extension of the shopping center will be situated over the railway. The node will have three levels of functionality. Placed at ground level was a function Integrated Communication Centre, a bus terminal for at least 19 positions, while receiving bus passengers. The terminal will be connected-connected to the levels of one and two shopping center and a new railway station, serving the main level of passenger service will be level 1. Located on the ground level will also be the operator of the terminal office and a bus ticket. Integrated Communication Centre will be linked-connected road system with new elements of urban street network and will be available for vehicles, both on the ground level and at level 1 through driveway with Dworcowy bridge.

As for the tenants it will be them in a shopping center about 240, their headquarters will find representatives of all known and appreciated by our clients brands. This will be the second phase of the construction of the railway station.

In Poznan, used the experiences drawn from the projects implemented by TriGranit in Europe: West End City Center in Budapest and Emonika City Center in Ljubljana, where he successfully transformed into a new train stations in town centers. Polish TriGranit to transfer their experience and long-term commitment, which together with the railway will create a modern city center and gathering place for residents of


Planned timing of investments:
1. Inauguration of the commencement of the project on the Polish-Hungarian Friendship - March 23

4. The opening of the railway station for travelers - 30.05. 2012
5. Opening of the Integrated Transport Centre (finalization) - Second Half of 2013

Sports and recreation complex "Maltese Baths"

Sports and recreation complex "Maltese Baths", which is created on the north shore of Lake Malta in Poznan, a perfect place for rest and relaxation, both for those who actively practice sports and for those who wish to take a break from everyday zabieganej. Sports pool, designed to play off competitions, adheres to international standards, European and Polish standards and guidelines of the International Swimming Federation (FINA), the Polish Union of swimming and the International Sports Federation (FISU). The facility will arrange for the following sports:

* Swimming competition at 50-meter track,
* Swimming competition in short-track 25-meter (using a movable platform basin)
* Jumping competition for water (including synchronous spikes)
* Shows and synchronized swimming competitions,
* Play water polo,
* Swimming galas.



Baths Maltese in the recreation area will offer high-friendly and comprehensive customer service standard of sport and recreation, including in particular the following services:

* Swimming pool with a double wave,
* Swimming pool with brine,
* Clover-shaped pool on the outside of the outflow,
* Children's area with pool and facilities for fun
