In 2011, the special year of a celebration of the company’s 20-years-long operation in Poland, Ghelamco is to start the construction of one of the most awaited projects ever - Warsaw Spire – the unique office complex that will soon become the flagship object of the Polish capital. The investment – a unique complex of a 220 m skyscraper and two side buildings – is the crown of developer’s hitherto operations in the local market, but at the same time it marks a completely new chapter in the history of Ghelamco Poland. Warsaw Spire, designed by the leading Belgian architects Jaspers Eyers & Partners, will combine the exceptional design with the latest global construction technologies used in all projects developed by Ghelamco. After completition, Warsaw Spire will become one of the Europe’s tallest office buildings.

First preparation works has just begun, it will be ready till the end of 2013 !
