Po 30 metu musu vaikams butu idomu paziuret kuo zmones vazinejo 80-aisiais metais, o dar, manau, reiktu ikurt koki transporto muzieju (gal toks yra?). Nepriklausomai nuo to, kokie ten autobusai vazinejo (ar Lietuvoje gaminti, ar kur kitur), tai visvien yra paveldas.

Loop Zawady more beautiful.

During construction of Nowe Zawady street - tramway loop Zawady was renewed. The thing I like is the green natural grass between the tracks (already used in 2 places in Poznań: Solna Street and Winogrady Street) - the 3rd one looks really refreshing :-) .

Continuing on Zawady Loop.

It will be extended to Poznań East Railway Station.

The tender for constuction project has just been set up.

In the worst scenario the construction will be finished by 2015.

As I wrote before until Nov 2011 75 new Solaris buses will be on the streets of Poznań. All of them fully air conditioned.

The best thing is that they refer to Euro 2012 Championships that will take place in Poznań:

Gyvendamas Poznanėj, galiu pakomentuot porą smulkmenų viešojo transporto.
Autobusuose ir tramvajuose keleiviai duris mygtukais atsidaro patys - tiek iš lauko, tiek iš vidaus. Kai nėra lipančiu, autobusai nestoja. Bilietai transporto priemonėse neparduodami, kartais tai gali sukelt nepatogumų nuošalioje stotelėje. Didesnėse stotelėse, įskaitant visas greitojo tramvajaus (PST) veikia bilietų automatai. Elektroniniai bilietai tik ilgalaikiai. Vienkartiniai dviejų tipų: pagal atstumą (pvz., važiavimas vienu maršrutu) arba laikui (15, 30, 60 min). Mačiau specialių šviesoforų autobusams (panašių į tramvajų šviesoforus).

Lenkų pasiturėjimą rodo ne tik investicijos į greitąjį tramvajų, bet ir 21 naktinio autobuso reisas.

The new tram depot in Poznan.

The new depot will provide space for 150 trams. This will cover an area of 17 hectares or more than 5 hectares occupy all of its existing tram depots. On her site you will need to arrange more than 330 switches (for comparison - 439 is in the city) and nearly 13 kilometers of track.

The tender is scheduled for april 2011. The winner of the tender has 24 months to finish construction.

According to the vehicles in the pictures of depot, there might be train depot, not tram . They should have chosen better examples for presentation.

To connect new tram depot existing tram network will be extended by 2,5 km. There will be 1,2 km tunnel on the route. Total cost of new route is 225 millnon PLN.

The tender for this route won a consortium of the German company Bilfinger and Power Generation Plant in Krakow.

Construction will start in april and will end by 30.04.2012.

As I posted before, Poznań has bought 45 new TRAMINO trams from Solaris. First prototype is already on the streets of Poznań from Feb 2011 servicing line nr 14.







First part of ordered trams will enter service in June this year. All 45 new TRAMINO will be operating by June 2012.

So Poznań will have over 60 (with Siemes Combino) low floor trams.
