As I mentioned some posts before SwedeCenter - part of IKEA group planned to build in Poznań offoce park.

The investor has obtained a building permit.

1st phase will have 42 000 sq mters of leasable space office, calss A and will be finished by 2014, 2nd phase 40 000 sq m will be finished by 2016.

The buildings will offer high-quality offices, with low rates of common areas. The tenants will be allocated underground parking space - a total of over 800 for the first four office buildings, part of the ground for visitors and space for bicycles. Innovation will be specially prepared position to charge electric cars and hybrid.

The project will be implemented in a manner that will allow to obtain LEED certification - Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design.

New Solaris Tramino Tramway in Poznań (first few are in service), all 45 will be delivered by june 2012 (then in Poznań we will have 60 low floor trams, together with Siemens Combino).

From my experience I can say it`s very spacious, air conditioned, wide door and there are ticket selling machines inside .

LT. Mums įdomu, kokie projektai vyksta Lenkijoje. Tačiau svetimų nuotraukų dideliais kiekais pumpuoti nebūtina. Bet prašom nurodyti tik šaltinį dominančią temą Scycrapercity ar kitur.
